Our Story
Our practice began as the dream of Dr. Manny Herrera and his wife, Katie. The couple has over 30 years of experience in the medical field; Dr. Manny is an OBGYN and body sculpting aesthetic surgeon and Katie is a certified nurse midwife and women’s health nurse practitioner. Together they dreamed of combining their specialties into one practice dedicated to women’s healthcare and aesthetic services.
After years of preparation, their dream practice is now a reality.
At Horizons, we bring together the capabilities of an OBGYN, cosmetic surgeon, and med spa in Winter Garden to create a single provider for all of your women’s care needs. We also cater to men with our aesthetic and surgical procedures.

What to Expect at Horizons
Step 1: Consultation
For most of the services at our med spa in Winter Garden, you’ll start with a consultation with one of our providers. We’ll talk with you to collect your health history and discuss your health goals. We’ll collaborate to develop a treatment plan that works for you. Your provider will give you their best advice, but we always listen to our patients to provide the care you need most.
Step 2: Treatment
Once we’ve determined a course of action, you’ll be ready for your appointment. We’ll walk you through any procedure and make sure you feel comfortable. We’ll answer any last minute questions and then our resident expert will administer your treatment. No matter why you’re visiting Horizons, you’ll receive our best care on every service.
Step 3: Results
After your appointment, we’ll talk with you about any aftercare or recovery steps you should follow. Make sure to listen to your provider to achieve the best results from your treatment. Many of our most popular aesthetic services don’t require any downtime, so you’re free to show off your revitalized appearance immediately after treatment!
